BIM Manager (m/f/d)

You control all the BIM-related activities of the site and ensure the methodological use over all phases of the project. In addition, you evaluate and negotiate BIM specifications in offer and competition procedures and support project teams in defining project-specific BIM objectives and processes. Furthermore, you create the client information requirements, check the BIM processing plans of the contractors and ensure the quality of digital models as well as their compliance with the project requirements. You are the first respondent for the BIM coordinators of the contractors. You set up project-related common data environments, administrate them and function as an interface to the BIM leadership and to other business areas. In addition, advance the further development of the BIM method, promote knowledge transfer and prepare professional BIM topics for the organization.

Successfully completed engineering studies in the field of civil engineering at a university, TH or university (Diplom/Master) or comparable qualifications. Multiannual professional experience in BIM. You have knowledge of building information modeling and secure handling of BIM application and coordination software. Very good German knowledge in word and writing, demonstrably at least. C1 in accordance with the common European reference framework (GER).
