In the private customer Bank – Commercial Banking we offer customers a contemporary mix of classic branches, online stores, online and mobile banking as well as video and telephone consulting. In a modern environment, we advise holistically and according to requirements with a wide range of solutions for every situation of our customers. As an asset customer consultant (m/w/d), you are responsible for the holistic care and advice of wealthy private customers. Please report to the branch manager (w/m/d).

Type of employment: Full or part-time possible Self-employed, needs-oriented and holistic advice from up-to-date private customers Developing complex solutions that match the customer's asset and life situation across all areas of need New customer acquisition by active address and recommendation management penetration and further development of the entire customer base through systematic customer support with the help of consulting and CRM tools Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent advice and service, as well as active customer complaint management Consistent application of the applicable regulatory regulations within the scope of job-specific responsibility

Successfully completed training as a banking businessman and/or banker (w/m/d) or business manager (w/m/d) in VWA and/or technical university studies Multiannual professional experience in consulting (higher) private customers The body requires proof of the expertise and reliability for investment consultants according to §87 WpHG and WpHGMaAnzV Target-oriented, structured working and extraordinary negotiation skills Safe, binding appearance and above average high service orientation High commitment and flexibility in everyday work
