Commercial Employee Service Acceptance and Workshop Organization (m/f/d)

You hold all threads in your hand and make sure our daily business runs smoothly: Customer acceptance and personal advice Creation and settlement of orders (private, commercial and lease customers) Planning and coordination of the workshop processes Preparation of work contracts for the following days Invoicing and cash management Processing of emails and telephone requests Vehicle transfer to customers Management of replacement vehicles Accounting Incoming goods and administrative tasks

You’ll fit us if you’re not just “assisted” but take responsibility: Experience in the automotive industry, tyre retailing or a craft environment Graduated commercial or technical training, e.g. as an automotive businessman (m/w/d), a businessman for office management (m/w/d), a motor vehicle mechatronic (m/w/d), a motor vehicle service technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification – alternatively appropriate professional experience Safe handling of customers – friendly, binding and solution-oriented Organizational and structured working Basic technical understanding Loadability and overview in stressful situations Teamability and clear communication Good computer skills Important: You don't have to be perfect – but you should have the right to want it.
