Total financial responsibility for accounting teams in Germany and Austria Ensuring a timely, correct monthly financial statements in cooperation with the International Controller and Corporate Accounting Active participation and implementation of improvement processes to optimize processes and reporting Management of the local financial team as well as direct responsibility for cash management, creditors, leasing, sales realisation, freight costs, investments and other balance sheet items Coordinating responsibility for debitor accounting Coordination with Corporate Accounting to comply with Directives and Standards Ensuring the correct treatment of intra-group transactions and currency and conversion operations Support and maintenance of bank connections and control of payment transactions Responsibility for balance sheet integrity, including clearing of open items and carrying out regular balance sheet reviews with the global finance team Management of internal and external audits and coordination of all associated audit documents Creation and consolidation of local annual accounts including legal reports and annexes for all supervised companies Cooperation with tax consultants to comply with country-specific tax requirements Responsibility for transfer pricing together with the International Controller Close coordination with the factory controlling teams to ensure correct financial reports

Completed studies of business management, ideally focusing on accounting or finance, ideally with additional qualifications (e.g. auditors, CPA) Funded knowledge in US GAAP and/or IFRS At least 10 years of professional experience in financial accounting, preferably in an international company Detectable leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a qualified team Experience in handling large ERP systems, preferably Oracle Very good communication skills in German and English in word and writing Embossed Analytical Thinking Power and Structured Operation Solution-oriented action, decision-making strength and pronounced problem-solving capability High level of team capacity and the ability to cross-departmental cooperation
