Control and monitoring of all operational warehouse processes taking into account human and technical resources Analysis of plan/actual deviations and initiation and communication of appropriate measures Monitoring of daily handling and transport tasks as well as prioritizing workflows Close coordination with the executives in the Warehouse, the Operations Manager and the customer on site Care and evaluation of the KPI dashboard Analysis and support for system-side and operational problems Monitoring compliance with standardized processes inbound, scoring and outbound Participation in shopfloor meetings as well as regular KPI analyses Creation and optimization of process sequences and flowcharts Development of suggestions for improvement to optimize operational processes Support in the creation of processes and training of employees

Successfully completed commercial or logistical vocational training or a comparable qualification Experience in logistics and ideally in a comparable position Good knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes Experience in handling goods and services Warehouse management systems Good knowledge of German and English Safe handling of current MS Office applications Structured, organised and proactive mode of operation Analytical thinkability and rapid understanding Communication strength as well as strong team skills
