IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

In customer support, you are the first contact person:in for our customers:inside around hosting, server and infrastructure, by phone and via our ticket system. When solving the problem, you analyse technical requests independently and find pragmatic solutions. For more complex topics, you work closely with other teams. You perform administrative tasks such as maintaining customer data, processing service orders, and support in creating help texts. In the consultation you recognize potentials for suitable extensions or complementary services and recommend them to our customers. During the exchange of knowledge, you explain technical relationships in a comprehensible way, both for experienced admins and for less technocratic customers.

Good basic IT understanding (Windows, IP addresses, DNS). Flowing German knowledge in word and writing, you express yourself clearly and precisely. Secure communication skills, you can explain topics in a comprehensible way. Fun at customer contact and a conscious service understanding. Independent, structured working and team spirit. Joy in continuously developing and building new knowledge. We can close individual technical or communicative gaps together. It is crucial that you master the basics and bring true interest, we will teach you everything else in the team. First experience in the hosting environment as well as knowledge in PHP, CMS systems, web hosting panels or domain management are also advantageous.
