at Campus Stadtmitte. Our framework conditions: Grouping takes place according to the task transfer and personal requirements up to 12 TV-L

Employment is up to 100% The place is limited until 30.06.2028 The location is located in the facility management of the university and is assigned to the Protectorate Building and Infrastructure. The work is practical and operational: the aim is to support the implementation of technical and structural measures within the meaning of the climate protection concept and to implement them together with the relevant departments.

Planning, tendering, awarding, coordination and implementation of building and construction measures from the integrated climate protection concept at the locations of the Esslingen University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with the employees of the Facility Management, specialist planners, engineering offices, offices, ministries and external service providers Control and technical support of projects in the fields of photovoltaics, heating modernization, building automation, energy efficiency and building renovation Introduction and optimization of maintenance management and development of a modernisation plan for the technical installations (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical) Building, maintenance and further development of an energy and climate protection monitoring system for detecting energy consumption and THG savings Development and implementation of concepts for sustainable operational management and energy optimisation of the technical building infrastructure Resources management, budget planning and control to ensure efficient use of resources Technical responsibility and personal coordination for technical staff and, if necessary, external service providers in the context of project implementation Participation in the implementation of the THG Foundation Project management, including reporting to project promoter Cooperation in the Environmental Committee of the Esslingen University of Applied Sciences and participation in the EMAS process Close cooperation with the Facility Management and the Sustainability Centre and professional and personnel coordination of up to eight technical employees to implement the planned measures

Complete university studies in the fields of building technology, supply and energy technology, technical building equipment or civil engineering/architecture with a focus on building and plant engineering Multiannual professional experience in the planning, implementation or supervision of technical building facilities (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical or building automation) desirable Interest in sustainable building management, energy efficiency and climate protection Ideally experience with public procurement processes Ability to coordinate and manage implementation projects on a professional basis, taking into account resources, dates and quality objectives Embossed technical understanding, organizational talent and a high degree of self-initiative and team capacity High communication skills and professionalism in the numerous internal and external contacts, in particular in relation to relevant state bodies of BW, planners and construction, as well as regional stakeholders such as city and county
