Then you will find a challenging position between CNC programming, manufacturing and process optimization. You develop programs for turning and milling machines, optimize existing machining processes and work closely with design, work preparation and production.

For a renowned industrial company in the area of Wangen in Allgäu, we are looking for a CNC programmer (m/w/d) turning & milling as part of the employee handover.

Create and optimize CNC programs for turning and milling machines taking into account quality, cost-effectiveness and manufacturing requirements. The selection of suitable tools, clamping means and machining strategies is your responsibility. In close coordination with production, you will ensure a smooth implementation of new programs on the machines. Existing processing processes continuously analyze and improve in terms of quality, duration and costs. Simulation and testing of CNC programs guide you to ensure trouble-free production processes. Create and maintain production documents and technical documentation carefully and on time. In addition, you can support machine operators in technical issues relating to CNC machining. By monitoring first parts and evaluating the production results, you contribute to ensuring the required quality standards. Together with the areas of construction, work preparation and production, you develop optimal solutions for complex machining tasks.
