HR expert for employment law (m/f/d)

In our Human Resources department at our Düsseldorf or Hamburg location, you are an expert (w/m/d) for labour law and take responsibility for complex labour law issues and projects – in particular in the context of restructuring and operational transitions. You are a savings partner for HR and Business, bringing legal depth, but also the necessary portion of pragmatism and relationship competence to implement the topics in your area of responsibility. Advice on individual and collective law issues, in particular in the handling of works councils and in the negotiation of business agreements Individually responsible support and implementation of work-related projects – from conception to realization Accompanying operations and restructuring including post-Merger integration Translation of complex legal matters into understandable, practical solutions Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with stakeholders – especially with the Works Council and senior management Moderation and negotiation with co-determination bodies

Legal training, e.g. full lawyer (w/m/d), or a comparable qualification – ideally with experience from a law firm or legal department, also from the financial or related field Know-how in dealing with works councils and in negotiating business agreements Project practice in M&A, operational transitions or restructuring Ability to render complex facts understandable and to solve them pragmatically Communication strength, empathy and negotiation skills: You're sure to move between law, HR and business. Hands-on mentality, humor and talent to keep a cool head even in turbulent situations Excellent communication skills in German and English in word and writing Sovereign handling of the MS Office package
