ACT NOW! - these are your tasks: Operational fleet management for about 1,000 service vehicles and project management in the field of electromobility and charging infrastructure. Ensuring compliance with directives, processing/assessment of damages and monitoring of vehicle return. Controlling & reporting on vehicle transfers, returns and relevant evidence (guide tickets, travel books, etc.). Development and standardization of processes, concepts and vehicle equipment. Management and implementation of major and subprojects, including training for employees and executives. Participation in measures in Fleet & Mobility Management, such as roadshows and project activities. Analysis of fleet data for deriving optimizations and cost savings potentials. Communication of changes and promotion of new, sustainable mobility solutions as an internal mobility ambassador.

Certified fleet manager (TÜV, DEKRA, etc.) English at least B2, safe in presentations Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP RE/FX Experience in dealing with financial data, service provider control and budget creation and monitoring Solution-oriented, pragmatic and structured operation readiness to travel within Germany
