The Landesverein für Innere Mission in Schleswig-Holstein is a diaconic complex owner with about 4,000 employees and employees. At the age of people in need of care, we support their lifestyle, help them and thus enable them to live in the greatest possible independence. We offer various living forms such as care facilities, living with service and also short-term care and day care. The care is provided by employees with competence and heart, experience and care.

In the retirement facility at the Erlenhof in the Nature Park Aukrug, we offer in 80 places people in need of care with and without disabilities stationary care and short-term care.

Your job:

• implementation of basic care and delegated treatment care measures
• Professional and careful documentation of the services provided
• Individual, holistic and activating care and care of our residents
• Support for food and liquid absorption
• Implementation of planned prophylaxis
• Participation in the design of a positive residential area
• Communication with members and agents
