You can do this with us:

• Execution of maintenance work for which no manual training is required
• Support for the assignment and accompaniment of foreign companies in the property
• Support for initial measures in the event of disturbances/injuries/hazards to mitigate acute hazards
• Takeover of tasks in the event management/organization service
• Control of the overall condition of the object
• Storage and cleaning work
• Cleaning, exterior cleaning, green care, canteen and disposal work
• Smaller transports/ internal transports
• Exercise stations, transfer vehicles, pick up spare parts
• Destroyer, copying equipment, office equipment and the like
• Work as part of the road safety obligation and safety work against frost, storm and water damage
• Perception of activities (also training) in other locations, different from the business location

We wish you:

• Completed vocational training or multiannual professional experience with craftsmanship
• Craft skills
• Knowledge and experience in FM and real estate management
• Commitment to customers and foreign companies
• High operational readiness, flexibility and durability

• Personal mobility, driving licence class B
• Willingness to assist in short term outside regular working hours
