System support: Support for SAP SuccessFactors, in particular Employee Central. Interface management: cooperation in the analysis, documentation and support of interfaces to connected systems. Requirement management: support in the acceptance, analysis and coordination of technical and technical requirements. Implementation: cooperation in implementing requirements taking into account existing architectural and security requirements. Cloud Integration: Support in creating and maintaining integration scenarios in SAP Cloud Integration. Process optimization: cooperation in the further development of HR processes and the connection of SAP solutions. Project work: Support in projects and operational day-to-day business. Cooperation: Close cooperation with the IT-HR team, the HR department and external partners.

Education & Study: Completed studies of (economic) informatics, business management with IT focus or comparable training. First experience: Ideally first practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or other HR systems - e.g. through internships, student works or first professional experience. Technical understanding: Interest in integrations, interfaces and cloud technologies. SAP knowledge: Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or SAP BTP are of advantage, but no need. Readiness to learn: motivation to work into new technologies and HR processes and take responsibility. Soft Skills: team skills, initiative as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
