Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Ensuring performance in terms of costs, dates and quality as well as attention to other contractual conditions in the execution planning and execution of the project Coordination of the planning and execution services of railway-specific structures and support of engineering offices in cross-sector planning Development of analyses, counter-control measures and action scenarios for deviations and risk of targeting for project management Interface coordination between planning, execution and documentation Monitoring of processes for commissioning a large project Collection of all necessary approvals (EBA, VV BAU) for the project Coordination and control of the timely submission of relevant documents for commissioning Assessment of contractual and follow-up claims and development of appropriate solutions Ensuring routine information and reporting on performance and appointment development and active pursuit of critical areas of action imparting expertise in the team and building knowledge management

Successfully completed studies in an engineering discipline, the field of infrastructure management or project management, alternatively an equivalent qualification with well-founded knowledge and skills through multiannual professional experience Knowledge of project management through pre-activities, ideally with appropriate certification Experiences in the field of infrastructure construction, interface management and knowledge in contract law (HOAI, VOB) Founded negotiation experience and communication strength Embossed team capacity, a high degree of autonomy and a targeted working method
