Technical & Personnel Management - As Head of Department:in Assistance Ausland, you take over the professional and personal management of a dedicated area that supports customers worldwide. For stable processes, motivated employees and a high quality of service, you always have a look ahead: digitalization, efficiency and customer experience. Controlling and quality management – You are responsible for the operational management of service quality, monitoring and improvement of service processes and compliance with quality standards. You analyze the relevant key figures, systems and processes and develop them further. Staff selection and development – You actively participate in the selection, leadership and coaching of executives and develop your team leaders: in continuous cooperation with staff. Change & Stakeholder Management – You work closely with disciplines, domestic and foreign partners and management and promote projects and change initiatives through your active participation.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business management, a successfully completed commercial training or comparable You have multi-year leadership experience, ideally in the insurance, assistance or contact center environment You have a high level of team skills and empathy You bring your own initiative, implementation strength and desire to make things better and further develop You can easily explain complex topics and pragmatically translate changes You are fit in data analysis and have KPI control competence You have excellent English foreign language skills in word and writing, another foreign language is desirable You are passionate about digitalization and new technologies
