Employee for project management in surveying projects (m/f/d)

Support of project management in the operational management of surveying projects (costs, dates, quality, resources)

Monitoring and tracking of project milestones, deadlines and delivery items

Creation and maintenance of schedules, project status reports and decision templates

Identification of risks and deviations and drafting of proposals

Coordination between project management, survey teams, clients and other stakeholders

Support for follow-up and change management in DB projects

Participation in procurement and settlement processes

Quality assurance and ensuring compliance with web-specific rules and standards

Education and experience Complete or ongoing studies/training in the field of surveying, civil engineering, geoinformatics, project management, industrial engineering, etc.

Also possible as work students (20 hours/week)

Ideally, first professional experience in project management, project assistance or a comparable environment – ideally in infrastructure or railway

Experience in cooperation with Deutsche Bahn or knowledge of DB processes of advantage

Interest in infrastructure projects and surveying Language skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1 level)

English knowledge of advantage

Expertise Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Experience with project management tools (e.g. openProject, Jira etc.)

Basic knowledge of project management methods (termination, cost, quality management)

Knowledge of web-specific rules (e.g. Ril 809, HOAI, AHO) of advantage

Personal skills Analytical thinking and results-oriented working

Communication strength and safe occurrence vis-à-vis clients and project participants

High self-responsibility and ability to set priorities

Team capability and willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation

Loadability and flexibility in parallel project requirements
