holistic care of national and international customers in the commercial sector Responsibility for sales-related processes such as order processing, invoice presentation or creation of contract confirmations Ensuring proper order processing taking into account relevant regulations (e.g. J-SOX) Maintenance of customer and master data in SAP ERP and CRM (Salesforce) as well as operational support of large customers and supplier portals Analysis of process deviations and independent development of solutions Development and optimization of the SAP ERP/GTS and CRM system landscape in the sales environment Contact person for system-side questions and interface to internal and external IT and SAP support units Documentation, implementation and training of new and adapted processes

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Experience in the sales environment, ideal in the international context Very good knowledge of SAP ERP/GTS and CRM (Salesforce) Excellent process understanding and high IT affinity Good knowledge of English and safe handling of MS Office Structured working, team skills and flexibility
