Head of strategic projects (multi-project management) in the field of military use space beyond IABG borders Management of customer projects with regard to time-cost diversity as part of the project management of related strategically significant customer projects as well as professional management of the employees assigned to the projects: Responsible interface function as contact person:in order to support military customers Understanding customer needs in the field of military use space development of the customer network and maintenance of customer contacts Expansion of the performance portfolio, acquisition of pilot projects, development of specific customer solutions Cooperation with customers and continuous development of the business strategy of the themed performance portfolio in close cooperation with other sales managers and with consistent market orientation Acquisition of the link function between distribution and the internal competence areas as well as promotion of the internal increase in understanding and expertise for the topic and significant contribution to the overall internal understanding of military use space Creation of business plans including evaluation of technical feasibility and financial sustainability Further development of the business strategy in the field of the topic as well as participation in the expansion of the IABG portfolio, market analyses for the generation and development of new performance elements of the IABG in conjunction with other expert experts: Participation in project controlling, coordination of supply creation and performance

Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, communications technology, like promotion or comparable Multiannual, methodologically profound project experience in the field of military use space Funded knowledge of military processes at different levels, a corresponding military background would be ideal Willingness to incorporate into new topics and to continuously develop these contents Comprehensive communication and presentation skills as well as customer-oriented, service-oriented appearance Embossed structuring capability and target orientation as well as analytical thinking and abstraction capability readiness for occasional travel (focus on domestic, in individual cases abroad) Ready for business trips German and very good English skills
