You advise the personnel officers on all questions in individual and collective labour law. You develop innovative labour-law ideas in multi-disciplinary projects and support them. You also evaluate the relevance of the legislative projects and the case law and develop individual and collectively-lawed practical ideas and solutions. You represent the KKH in front of the relevant labour courts and, with their legal know-how, support our HR-Business partners and the personal care.

successfully completed studies of law (1st and 2nd state exams), alternatively a Master of Law (LLM) with corresponding professional experience multiannual practical work experience in the field of labour law analytical and conceptual skills and structured working Understanding business relationships strong capacity for persuasion, communication and conflict as well as joy and work in the team address-oriented consulting skills, a high degree of customer orientation and sovereign appearance at all hierarchical levels
