Responsibility: Creating personnel deployment and holiday planning for employees of the area, developing staff and team management as well as ensuring the availability of goods Customer advice: Customer advice and support as well as pleasure in selling Production: Disassemble and portion of fresh meat Presentation: Sales-promoting goods presentation and compliance with cleanliness and order of the work area Product service: Storage, placement and maintenance of the goods as well as self-service packaging and pricing Quality control: Ensuring compliance with food laws and regulations (LMHV, HACCP, MHD controls) and internal guidelines

Training/knowledge: training in butchers or corresponding professional experience and knowledge of goods Customer-oriented appearance: Friendly and communicating handling with customers Appearance: Safe and well-kept appearance and a high hygienic sense of responsibility Motivation: Self-employed, conscientious and team-oriented working and enthusiasm in sales Features: Flexibility, physical loadability and readiness to use
