Employee target time management (m/f/d)

For more than 140 years, we have been an innovative mechanical engineering company for well-known customers around the world. Our focus is on the development, production and distribution of medium and high-pressure compressors for numerous applications in the Industry, Commercial Shipping, Defense and Offshore segments. In the course of further growth, we are looking for you as a dedicated employee (m/w/d) in the presetting time management for the work preparation team within the production. Activity description 8 employees (m/w/d) are currently employed in the work preparation at Kiel. You support work preparation in the entire production area and serve as a central interface between construction, logistics and production.

Planning, implementation and evaluation of time studies, multi-moment recordings and workflow studies as a basis for work preparation Application of REFA methods and MTM analyses for process optimization and time management System-side implementation of planned-term changes for production Conception and continuous further development of planning time determination procedures to improve planning time quality Definition of operations, further development of existing processes and ensuring efficiency, transparency and planning security in production Definition, determination and analysis of key figures and derivation of measures together with the departments Active cooperation in projects in responsibility If necessary, carry out additional evaluations on employment issues

Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, production engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification REFA Training and MTM Method Knowledge Ideally experience in preparing an industrial environment Funded knowledge in MS Office and in the application of ERP systems, preferably Infor LN High organisational and communication skills, in particular in cross-departmental cooperation with the interfaces from production, work preparation and production control High social competence and team capacity as well as capacity for conflict resolution German and good knowledge of English
