We are looking for a Finance Analyst (m/w/d), who wants to use the rare opportunity to get to know and actively shape comprehensive financial management within a holding structure. In this role you work very closely with the Head of Finance and support it in all topics relating to investment analysis, structuring, financing, controlling and reporting. In addition, you take on projects independently and bear responsibility in the daily operating business as in strategically relevant issues. This position offers you the opportunity to build comprehensive know-how, immerse yourself in the functioning of a single family office and to understand financial processes across different asset classes – from real estate to medium-sized investments to alternative investments. holistic financial management & treasury: analysis of potential investments together with the team in real estate development, equity management and alternative investments; Participation in the structuring of financing. Analysis and optimization of financial structures: analysis and optimization of interest and loan structures and planning of intercompany financing. Liquidity management: creation and reporting of liquidity status and active supervision of liquidity management. Operational and strategic reporting: responsibility for assigned treasury and reporting processes; preparation of decision bases, financial analyses and quarterly reports; monitoring relevant KPIs, covenants and cash flow plans; Reporting to internal stakeholders, capital partners and the Bundesbank. Banking and investor communication: preparation and accompaniment of discussions with banks and capital partners; Preparation of presentations, documents on annual accounts and financing transactions. Additional tasks in the financial sector: takeover of own projects within the financial sector and the holding structure.

Complete business studies or commercial training with a focus on finance, controlling or corporate finance At least 3 years of experience in an analytical financial role (e.g. treasury, banking, corporate finance, controlling) Strongly pronounced analytical thinking and very structured working High IT affinity, ideally experience with financial planning tools (e.g. Lucanet, QPLIX) and ERP systems Very high discretion, sense of responsibility and loyalty Joy in a generalist role that provides both depth and breadth in financial management
