As an instructional designer (w/m/d), the Technical University of Augsburg offers you a responsible, versatile and exciting field of work with a great scope for design in the motivated and dynamic team of the department for study and teaching.

You will be responsible for the management of the project ''Interdisciplinary Online Courses''; The aim of the project is to further develop the multi-level online teaching at the Technische Hochschule Augsburg together with the Virtual University of Applied Sciences Bayern, to strengthen the motivation of the teachers and to promote a culture of sharing teaching and learning formats. You develop a concept to support teachers, in particular to select methods and tools for online teaching and to design and implement these courses You work as initiator (w/m/d) and multiplier (w/m/d) for new didactic impulses in cooperation with the Didaktik-Medien-Zentrum der Technischen Hochschule Augsburg You will report to the Vice President for Studies and Teaching and the Virtual University of Bavaria on your results

Successfully completed university studies (Master) of a relevant subject, e.g. pedagogy, computer science, social science, etc. Proven expertise in media analytics and media technology Evidence of practical experience in the context of higher education experience in project management; at best also experience in multi-level project-based cooperation Very good IT skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Impressed communication skills and a binding occurrence Analytical, structured, independent and precise operation, rapid understanding and high target and solution orientation Teamability, very high service orientation, high operational readiness, initiative, sense of responsibility and loadability
