You connect the technical requirements with the technical requirements and thus advance the digitization, harmonisation and stabilization of our HR systems. Takeover of the system process responsibility for SAP HCM in a defined business area including Error analysis, ticket processing (2nd level) and documentation Interface-Owner:in for SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and connected third-party systems Point-of-Contact on Data Protection and GDPR in connection with our HR systems used Establishing AI tools to optimize ticket processing in the 2nd level together with our IT Responsible cooperation in HR projects (analysis, structuring and translation of HR requirements as a basis for technical implementation) Monitoring the implementation, testing, Go-Lives and stabilisation Close cooperation with internal IT developers:inside, HR departments and external implementation and consulting partners

Important: This role is not geared to classic HR generalists: inside and not to pure IT interests, but to candidate: in the 2nd level support, You would like to define the technical requirements for the SAP HCM system Multiannual experience in the HR system environment with focus on SAP HCM Knowledge of HR systems, modules, processes and their technical mapping Experience in HR-IT projects (introduction, migration, harmonisation or further development) The abbreviations PA, OM, PT and PY in the SAP HCM context are familiar to you Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Communication strength in cooperation with HR, IT and external service providers Completed commercial or IT-related training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, specialist:in, business informant:in, or a degree in the field of business management, business informatics, information technology or comparable.
