Our family-run Hotel & Restaurant „Zur Kanone“ is considered as a destination for excursions in Thuringian Holzland and is located in Tautenhain between Bad Köstritz and Bad Klosterlausnitz. We offer Thuringian and German cuisine as well as changing promotion weeks in the restaurant.

To strengthen our team we are looking for a motivated cook or a motivated cook.

A professional qualification or professional experience in gastronomy is provided. You should also:

• be resilient in stress situations,
• have a hospitable, friendly appearance,
• be reliable and flexible and can work in the team
• own driver's license/car to reach the workplace (possibly we can put a staff room)

Your tasks:

• Cooking in a la carte - area
• Preparation of regional, Thuringian and international dishes
• Independent preparation and preparation of our food offer in the kitchen
• Create cold hot buffets
• Compliance with all statutory hygiene measures
• Ensuring high and consistent quality
• Efficient use of all available machines and materials
