Customer Acquise & Relationship Care: You win new companies as customers and enter existing partners in the long term to develop sustainable business relationships. Recruiting manager: You guide the entire recruitment process for IT operations and work closely with our Active Sourcing team. Demand analysis and consulting: You identify the requirements of your customers and provide accurate solutions. Project responsibility: You take responsibility for the occupation of your projects and act as a central contact person for your customers and candidate:inside. Contact person from initial contact to completion: You accompany your customers throughout the process of directing IT professionals and are their central contact person. Market observation and trend analysis: You are testing the market, knowing trends early and using these findings to develop new business opportunities.

Experience & Industry Knowledge: Mind. 2 years of experience in the recruitment of IT specialists. Proof of success: You can demonstrate success in the direct placement of IT professionals and in the development of long-term customer relationships. Interest in current topics: You follow new developments in the labour market and are delighted to see trends in the IT industry and to implement them in the recruitment of IT specialists. Consultancy and negotiation competence: You convince by a strong level of consulting and negotiation and a safe occurrence. Result-oriented mode of operation: You work independently, initiativeally and purposefully, even in challenging situations. Languages: German and good English skills.
