Legal advice of the related companies of the DKMS Group (national and international), especially in relation to the fields of medicine and science (promotion projects, donor file and register, extraction clinic, laboratory, stem cell bank, research institution) Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as advice, in particular for contractual, data protection and medical issues Creation, testing and negotiation of contracts in the fields of international funding contracts, stem cell acceptance and research (e.g. with other donor files and registers, clinics, research institutions, laboratories and pharmaceutical manufacturers) Creation and testing of (medical) declarations of consent Support for the development and development of new activities and companies in Germany and abroad Legal examination of workflows and complex international projects Advice on data protection issues, monitoring compliance with data protection regulations Coordination and communication with external lawyers:
