Engineer Ergonomics (m/f/d)

You take over the operational support of our member companies in the region of Lower Franconia and are in contact with all labour science issues. You support our members, for example, in the design of pay systems, design for these individual shift models and make recommendations in the ergonomic design of work systems. You inform themselves about the necessary changes in the world of work through trends such as AI/digitalization, mental health or hybrid work and support our member companies in the successful transformation. You design, organize and guide workshops, trainings and information events on work science topics. Together with your colleagues from our other locations, you design services in the field of occupational science and occupational safety and develop them in the team.

You have a successfully completed engineering studies or a comparable job science qualification, ideally with practical experience in an industrial company. You can quickly capture complex relationships and develop customer-oriented solutions. You have a convincing, strong and friendly appearance and are able to organize yourself and your work. First experience in the field of occupational safety is welcome, but is not necessary.
