The prerequisite is a completed vocational training as a specialist for event technology. However, interested parties may also apply with equivalent knowledge acquired by further training/training (e.g. IHK-organization operator or state-approved further training in the field of ton/light technology), where the grouping takes place without relevant vocational training in a tariff-based manner in the 3 TV-L remuneration group. Technical knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards, such as the Ordinance of Assembly (VStättVO RLP), regulations on safety in productions and events (DGUV I 215-310), electrical installations and equipment (DGUV V 3), etc. Experience in administrative processes at universities and general administrations is as desirable as the safe and flexible handling of video and conference tools as well as digital media. Knowledge in the MA dot2 series, the Allen&Health iLive series, or the Yamaha 01V series are of advantage. Good written and oral expression, also in English. The possession of a valid class B licence is required. Timely flexibility as well as the willingness to weekends and evenings are essential.
