You take over the strategic and operational management of the Network Operation Support team and develop, develop and motivate an interdisciplinary team of technology, operation and maintenance. You participate in the development and optimization of maintenance strategies and derive maintenance concepts including state assessments and prioritization. You are convinced by strong leadership, communication strength and team orientation, coupled with a high self-initiative and an analytical and structured thinking capability. You master the current MS Office applications, have knowledge of SAP-PM and are ready to work quickly into new systems. You are willing to participate in the cross-network standby service to ensure continuous heat supply and have the licence of Class B. You have fluent German knowledge in word and writing as well as basic knowledge in English.
