As a production employee (m/w/d), you are the key to smooth production. Whether you're just going to work or already have experience, this job is all about precision, responsibility and teamwork. With us you take a central role in machine operation and in quality control. Your workplace is characterized by the latest technology and a motivated team.

• You are responsible for the operation and monitoring of machines and equipment.
• You carry out regular quality controls to ensure that everything goes perfectly.
• You take care of the elimination of minor disturbances so that the production process does not stop.
• You work closely with your colleagues to optimally shape production.
• You make sure that safety and maintenance standards are complied with.

We are looking for

Some basic prerequisites should be fulfilled for this exciting task. Don't worry, we're not looking for superheroes – but a bit of motivation and skills can be already!

• Ideally, you have experience in a similar area – also motivated cross-comers are welcome.
• You have a good technical understanding and fun working with machines.
• You have basic German knowledge – this is how communication works in the team and with your superiors.
• You are reliable, team-ready and have an eye for detail.
• A quick understanding and willingness to learn complete your profile.
