Team Leader Seed Provision (m/f/d)

Together with your approximately 20-headed team, you will ensure a high quality of the equipment and sowing preparation processes of our seeds of different fruit types In addition to the disciplinary leadership of your employees, your team will support you in the day-to-day business with your expertise and experience in the above topics You provide your team with the necessary resources (personnel, machinery, material) With flat hierarchies, technical know-how and a pronounced spirit of innovation, you encourage your team to continuously improve processes and tools. Working closely with R&D and Business Unit stakeholders You work closely with the elite store management team to act as a leadership team, distribute resources as best possible and use synergies

You have completed vocational training with additional master qualification or completed studies in the following areas: business, agriculture, mechanical engineering or comparable You have several years of professional experience in an industrial company, ideally logistics or “Blue Collar” area. If you have already gained first leadership experience: the better! You have profound knowledge of business economic issues and are familiar with the common Microsoft Office programs You will see your responsibility especially in supporting your team and creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to learn and grow You inspire technology and see the key to continuous improvement in it You feel comfortable making clear decisions and always communicating open, honest and respectful; You are not afraid of conflicts and go open with mistakes You have knowledge of German and fluent English in a reliable manner You bring the willingness to occasional national and international travel (about 10%)
