From the first idea to implementation and operation - GP JOULE WÄRME brings the building blocks together. For the GP JOULE Wärme GmbH & Co. KG we are looking for the next possible time for our locations Buttenwiesen, Augsburg or remote in southern Germany (mobile work possible in proportion) unlimited in full time (pilot 4-day week/36h, free Friday) or part time:

Network planner*in district heating

You plan district heating and near heat networks in the performance phases 2 to 5 of the HOAI, and you plan design, approval and execution planning. You coordinate internal and external interfaces and ensure a smooth project run. You agree on technical requirements with clients, authorities, utilities and specialist planners. You support the tendering and awarding of planning and construction services. You document projects and ensure compliance with applicable standards, guidelines and quality standards. You carry out walks and home visits and develop economic and technical planning solutions.

You have a completed further education on the technician (m/w/d) or a completed study, preferably in the field of civil engineering, utility technology or a comparable subject or you have practical experience on construction sites, for example as a polish, foreman or in a comparable function You know the relevant technical regulations, standards and legal requirements, knowledge in district heating, pipeline, underground or pipeline construction are advantageous The handling of CAD and planning software is obvious to you You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and communicate safely with customers, authorities and project participants You bring team spirit, commitment and high quality awareness You bring with you the readiness for occasional journeys within Germany
