Care of an inventory in the diocese of Augsburg Implementation and documentation of objects Planning and control of maintenance and rehabilitation measures Ensuring traffic safety and operator obligations Responsibility for maintenance, defect and damage management Control of external service providers and contact persons for technical matters Cooperation with commercial object management

Completed training in real estate, qualified technical training with practical experience or comparable qualification Insufficient experience in technical building management Structured, targeted operation and safe handling of the Office package Competent and service-oriented appearance, coupled with communication and organizational skills driving licence class B
