From 05.10.2026, you will be immersed in the diverse tasks of our warehouses in various applications at our locations, such as Gütersloh, Harsewinkel, Langenhagen or Dortmund. With us you take responsibility from the start, question the status quo and introduce your ideas into international projects. Operations & Warehouse Insights: Several stations in our national and optional international logistics locations allow you to understand and actively shape all core areas such as incoming goods, returns and goods. Business Unit Understanding: Get to know our different business areas such as TECH, Healthcare and Consumer Products and develop a deep understanding of their specific requirements along the supply chain. Logistics Engineering & Planning: Use in Logistics Engineering offers insights into the planning and optimization of modern warehouse structures and processes. Automation & Process Optimization: Together with experts, you analyze existing processes, question them critically and develop innovative solutions for digitization and automation. Leadership & Responsibility: Step by step you take responsibility in the operational environment, develop your leadership potential and actively contribute to team success.

Qualification: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of logistics, supply chain management or a comparable discipline - or stand shortly before graduation. Practical experience: Ideally, you will bring first practical experience in warehouse logistics, e.g. through internships, student work or training. Analytical skills: You are convinced by a structured, solution-oriented way of thinking and are delighted to question and improve complex processes. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Soft Skills: Own initiative, team spirit and a high level of learning are yours - you want to take responsibility and grow together with others.
