Responsibility for the economic, professional, human and organizational management of the area of child, youth and family aid Strategic development of the offer portfolio: expansion, profiling and new development of services based on demand analyses, market observation and technical trends Ensuring quality, effectiveness and efficiency through systematic quality management, controlling, evaluation and data-based control Leadership, development and accompaniment of management staff and large staff structures in the field Design and moderation of change and development processes in a complex organisational environment Establishment, maintenance and development of sustainable networks to municipalities, public cost providers, free bodies, cooperation partners and political actors Presentation of the department and the institution in internal and external bodies Close cooperation with other departments and active participation in the overall strategic development of the CJD association

Complete university studies (e.g. social work, social education, pedagogy) or a comparable qualification A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social management, organisational development or an MBA/MSA, is desirable. Multiannual management and management experience in child, youth and family support, ideally with great responsibility Knowledge of the legal framework (SGB VIII and others) as well as current technical standards and control logics Embossed strategic thinking, decision-making and a professional understanding of leadership Experience in controlling complex organisational units, including budget, personnel and earnings responsibility Very good communication capability, sovereign occurrence and enforcement ability at different levels Structured, analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation with high design requirements High level of social competence, reflectivity and appreciation of employees An additional qualification in the field of management, leadership or organisational development is desirable.
