Work planner, construction process (m/f/d)

The optimal construction process for our projects in the offer phase in close coordination with our operating areas You create the offer schedules You develop special proposals in the offer or Implementation phase In close cooperation with the building management, you plan the construction process for our execution projects You create the contract and execution schedules and constantly update them You develop concepts and plans for formwork and armament Your area of responsibility also includes the invitation to tender for suppliers, formwork and subcontractors The creation of construction site setup plans as well as logistics and equipment concepts / plans is also part of your task You are contact persons for our construction site teams for questions about work preparation You support the implementation of digitalization topics on our construction sites

You have a completed training as a technical designer, a completed study as a civil engineer (w/m/d), architect (w/m/d) or technician (w/m/d) / master (w/m/d) with comparable training Ideally, you have relevant experience in working preparation, construction management, construction planning or project management – professional beginners are also welcome to us You have a sound technical understanding of the processes in the construction process You have user knowledge in computer systems, scheduling systems and CAD applications, ideally AutoCAD, Asta Powerproject, iTWO and MS Office An analytical way of thinking, a solution-oriented and independent way of working, as well as a self-safe and binding occurrence complete your profile You have fun building at the holistic project management and work in a highly motivated team
