In your role, you will have the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team of industrial transport (IBT) in the layer system. You are responsible for the material supply of the assembly and production areas as well as the storage of the components and finished products. The control of material flows using KPI’s and reporting are essential components of your activities. The management and participation in regular shopfloor rounds are also included. You are responsible for ensuring the optimal storage efficiency and the commissioning and packaging process. The support and implementation of optimization projects in the field as well as the determination and solution of problems that hinder the flow of work are also in your hands. The inventory monitoring and management as well as ensuring the availability of materials and monitoring of storage costs complete your area of responsibility.

You have completed training in the field of logistics (e.g. specialist for warehouse logistics) with further training as a master. Mind. 3 years of leadership experience in the logistics environment will help you. You have knowledge of SAP (MM/WM/SD) and MS Office. In addition, Lean knowledge is advantageous. We require very good German and good English skills. You convince with their high level of responsibility and quality awareness. You can also convince yourself by your solution-oriented way of working as well as your entrepreneurial and cost-oriented thinking.
