Your Home of IT is an agile product team in the Cluster Identity & Access Management in the Foundation Layer of REWE digital. Here we are responsible for central capabilities for authentication, authorization, identity management and identity governance. As a Product Owner, you shape the further development of our Microsoft identity platforms as well as our central PKI and work closely with engineering, security and architecture.

Tasks that keep you posted: You take the end-to-end responsibility for Microsoft Identity Services as well as for the central public key infrastructure. Together with your team, you develop a clear product vision and translate it into roadmaps and prioritized backlogs. You align technical, technical and regulatory requirements and meet comprehensible product decisions. You work closely with engineering, security, architecture and other stakeholders. You continuously develop the identity and PKI landscape, such as automation, zero trust and modern security concepts. You work in a developing team environment and create orientation through clear priorities and transparent decisions.

Must-have: Multiannual experience in a role like Product Owner, Business Analyst or comparable in agile environment You focus clearly, structure complex topics and work closely with different stakeholders You create professional orientation for your team and moderate different perspectives solution-oriented Basic understanding for Identity & Access topics (e.g.: Entra ID, Active Directory, PKI) or experience in adjacent platform or security topics Nice-to-have: Experience in the IAM, IGA or PKI environment Interest in modern security concepts such as Zero Trust or Automation Experience in the enterprise environment or in transformation processes Further training or certification in the product or requirements environment (e.g. IREB) You don't fill everything 100%?
