Architect / Civil Engineer as Project Manager (m/f/d)

Project responsibility: You take over the role of the builder and control construction projects independently from planning to completion New construction projects: You accompany new construction measures and implement innovative solutions Refurbishment and modernization: You realize renovation and modernization projects in the real estate of the Kreissparkasse Köln Relocation and extensions: You coordinate the conversion and expansion of branches of the Kreissparkasse Köln and ensure their successful implementation Technical and commercial control: You control projects from the tender (LPH 6) to the conclusion, always in view: costs, dates and quality Coordination: You coordinate internal and external partners as well as executive companies and ensure smooth communication Cost management: You create cost calculations, forecasts and reports to ensure efficient project management

Academic qualification: You have completed your studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable engineering discipline Experience in project and construction management: You bring together sound technical expertise and have already successfully implemented projects Responsibility and enforcement: You can independently control projects and, if necessary, intervene decisively Solution-oriented mode of operation: You work independently and always think economically and across regions Team spirit: You like to work in the team and are motivated to actively participate in the further development of the company Customer orientation: You have a good feel for customer needs and work proactively and service-oriented IT skills: Ideally, you are fit in MS Office, MS Project and are familiar with ORCA AVA
