Junior Project Manager Industrial Engineering - Focus on Automation (m/f/d)

Supporting complex automation and robotics projects as part of the transformation at the Wismar site, including transfer of existing TKMS concert solutions in the automation sector to the location and direction of smaller projects to develop new solutions Targeted increase in continuity, effectiveness and efficiency in production processes through targeted use of technology solutions Development of a defined project portfolio in the field of robotics and automation, including simple problem analysis and development of problem solutions Application of first methods and tools of agile project and change management in the management of smaller projects, monitoring time and cost specifications and support of the project manager:in the documentation Coordination of measures to minimise risks or deviations in the project

Successfully completed bachelor degree in the field of economic engineering or a comparable qualification First experience in project management or cooperation in projects and ideally experience in the production environment of discrete manufacturing and in the control of external partners Embossed technology affinity and experience in the selection and implementation of new technologies and automation solutions High level of awareness of detail and responsibility, autonomy, initiative and flexibility as well as conceptual, commercial and structured thinking and action Impressed team capacity, reliability and communication strength as well as safe occurrence, enforcement ability and very good oral and written expression
