As Head of Controlling (m/w/d), you are responsible for the independent design, development, implementation and implementation of the controlling processes. You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the team You are professionally responsible for the commercial management of the subgroup and first contact person*in for the management You work closely with the managers of the business units and holdings from the various operating fields of the unit. Complete Master's degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the relevant field of activity and leadership experience Outstanding knowledge in performance management, finance, controlling, accounting according to HGB and IFRS Funded SAP knowledge and very good office skills Very good analytical thinking ability and safe, competent appearance as well as pronounced communication skills and negotiation strength Very good German and English skills
