Manager Quality Control (x|w|m)

We are looking for a Manager Quality Control (x|w|m) for Sartorius CellGenix GmbH. In this position you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Quality Control department. You define strategic goals, secure their implementation and manage projects holistic, including budget planning and cost control.

Quality control consists of 4 teams with a total of 23 employees who are looking forward to shaping the future with you. The job is full-time and takes place at the location of Freiburg.

You lead and develop your team and create an environment that strengthens cooperation, knowledge transfer and self-responsibility

ensuring and optimising quality release processes, testing standards and documentation; and

Regulatory Affairs support in creating regulatory documents such as Drug Master Files

Capture and report of key figures (KPI, PI) for quality control

Implementation of internal and external audits and certification monitoring

You are contact persons for quality-relevant customer requests and coordinate their processing

Updated quality policies, standards and procedure instructions are up to you and ensure that internal and external requirements are met at any time

You have completed your studies in the field of pharmacy, chemistry, biology or a comparable subject area

You bring many years of relevant professional experience in a comparable leadership position with a focus on quality control with

You have already been able to collect well-founded leadership experience, ideally in a matrix organization

Comprehensive experience in protein analysis, cell cultures, cleansing media and clean room monitoring

Safe handling of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. GMP, ISO 9001)

An analytical and structured way of thinking, coupled with high problem-solving competence

Communication and presentation strength as well as convincing negotiation skills

Very good English skills in word and writing complete your qualification profile
