Central contact for tender and offer topics as well as complete planning, organisation and implementation of national and international tenders Ensuring uniform tender quality, analysis of complex documents, preparation of precise tender documents incl. Price/ margin calculation and optimization of the tender processes Technical advice for colleagues and management as well as coordination with pricing, finance, legal & compliance Organization and moderation of internal briefings/presentations, support for customer appointments and conflict management Market, competition and price analyses, creation of tender reports, monitoring of fuel & EV trends and (partial) project responsibility

Complete economic studies or equivalent qualification Mind. 6 years of professional experience, of which 5 years in sales/tender management/purchasing/project management and 2 years in mobility services Very good analytical skills as well as knowledge of compliance, governance, contract law, data protection; MS-Office, Lotus Notes & CRM desirable High loadability, target orientation, problem analysis capability, conflict management, presentation strength and very good self-organisation Very good knowledge of German and English; Other languages advantageous
