Business Analyst Process Management (m/f/d)

Together with your project and team colleagues, you design efficient and forward-looking processes for leasing new business in conjunction with the new Leasing core application Miles. As part of the support of the leasing processes and the application of Miles, you will be able to work with you in the disruption process and user support. Here you work with IT and other departments You analyze new requirements, evaluate solution options and drive the implementation of the requirements from conception to implementation. This includes the coordination of the solutions with participating areas to ensure compliance-safe and efficient overall processes. Before the productive introduction of new functionalities, you test the solutions to ensure trouble-free operation and also accompany the introduction of new processes in the operational areas. You are part of a motivated agile product organization and live through all agile events with your team. Together with the team, you work to ensure the rollout of Miles for further customer groups and actively shape the future of Volkswagen Leasing GmbH.

You bring a successfully completed study of business management, business informatics or a comparable completed training with deeper professional experience with You have knowledge of the leasing and service products and know yourself in the automotive environment (focus on selling and offline in the captive environment) You have a Miles Foundation certification and have professional experience in application care or Application development with Miles. Your excellent knowledge of Miles is a real expert Ideally, you have a Miles Practitiones certification, Miles Financials certification or have already implemented your own configurations in Miles operationally. You continuously inform about the further development of Miles are up to date You have already been able to gain experience with the agile SAFE Model and can ideally demonstrate appropriate certifications/training Your structured work and enforcement capability will help you analyse requirements, evaluate solution options along the Miles standard and implement implementation together with your team You have fun in intensive communication with various stakeholders in Germany and abroad. Your ability to convey complex situations and address-oriented, stand out as a real team player Regulatory topics and documentation as well as the further development of existing solutions will also give you pleasure.
