Country Manager (EU Cannabis Markets – UK, Poland, Czech Republic) (m/f/d)

We want to grow further. You are actively driving this growth in the European cannabis markets – with a clear focus on UK, Poland and the Czech Republic. You know the peculiarities of regulated markets and you know how to build sustainable sales in complex structures. You think in market shares, not in to-do lists.

You are responsible for the strategic expansion of our activities in the UK, Poland and the Czech Republic – further EU growth markets You identify and realize new business opportunities in the area (medical)cannabis You build resilient B2B partnerships (e.g. distributors, wholesalers, pharmacy chains, importers) You develop market entry and growth strategies taking into account regulatory frameworks You conduct contract negotiations autonomously and make Deals safe You are developing stock customers strategically and with Cross- & Upselling potentials You control your pipeline data based on clear KPIs (conversion, volume of contracts, margins, market share) You analyze market, competition and regulation developments and conduct specific sales strategies You work closely with management and our other departments to efficiently implement market access

Multiannual experience in international B2B sales or business development – ideally in the cannabis environment Finded market knowledge in at least one of the target markets: UK, Poland or the Czech Republic! Experience in dealing with regulatoryly demanding markets (e.g. medical alcannabis, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, regulated products)! Recognisable successes in market entry, building new markets or strategic partnerships Secure understanding of import/export structures and regulatory processes of advantage Safe for negotiation in German and English (+ further Eastern European language skills) Entrepreneurial thinking, final strength and initiative You're not waiting for leads. You understand markets and develop them.
