Ensuring monthly salary bills for a defined group of employees Master Data Care in SAP HCM and in Workday Reporting and certification Contact person for all wage tax and social insurance issues Account clarification in close exchange with financial accounting Support for annual work, audit and audits Support Time Economy Interflex, after System Conversion UKG Dimension SAP Key-User – link between SAP system house and IT Reporting Staff cost planning Cooperation with the Group's HR colleagues, especially with global HR projects

completed commercial vocational training or equivalent knowledge and experience in the field of pay accounting Multiannual professional experience in payment accounting Very good knowledge of social security and pay tax law Very good knowledge of SAP HCM Good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and in Workday are advantageous Good English knowledge of word and writing High level of independence and willingness to take ownership High service orientation Loyalty, reliability, absolute confidentiality and team capability High commitment and strong communication skills Hands-on mentality, problem-oriented approach and enforcement
