In this central role, you are responsible for the cross-location with a large design space Further development of our HR organization, drive their harmonisation and digitization and work closely with the management and a motivated team.

Responsibility for all personnel including Recruiting, personal care, Personnel development, organisational development, pay accounting and labour law Leadership and further development of the HR team at both locations (including control of the Service providers) Harmonisation of HR processes across sites and establishing uniform standards Implementation of digitalization, transformation and efficiency projects in HR (including SAP) SuccessFactors / SAP HCM / HXM Strategic Sparring Partner:in for management, as well as staff and area lines Design of competence-based personnel development and support for future Transformations Building and controlling a modern, data-based human resources management Main address for local works councils and the overall works council Implementation and management of collective bargaining in close coordination with Management Stakeholder management with internal and external partners High travel activity between Freiburg and Schwerin to ensure close coordination, Presence and communication quality

Graduate degree with focus on human resources management, business management, Business psychology or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in a senior HR role (e.g. HR, HR Business Partner) Line Ideally experience in the harmonisation and integration of cross-sites HR structures In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM / SAP HXM, SAP SuccessFactors or comparable Digitalization projects Knowledge of labour law and cooperation with works councils Experience in monitoring and implementing change management processes Representative communication and negotiation skills, as well as strategic and analytical thinking combined with high conversion strength High readiness and the ability to connect between locations Freiburg and Schwerin
