Team Lead HR Operations with a focus on payroll accounting (m/f/d)

Administrative HR processes: Responsibility for the control, coordination and continuous optimization of all billing-relevant HR processes with a focus on pay billing. You ensure a legally secure, timely and uniform implementation of payroll as well as the adjacent processes in the fields of time management, contracting and certification. In addition, you are responsible for the accounting, the clarification of accounting-relevant differences and act as a central contact person for complex charge-related questions Labour, tax and social security law: application of the expertise in these legal fields and supervision of special topics relevant to accounting, such as short-time work, shift allowances, special payments, tariff topics, and issues relating to immigration and employee mailings Centralization & Standardization: Active participation in the construction of a centralized HR department and standardization of previously decentralized HR processes along the Employee Lifecycle Teamlead: Special responsibility for a national team of currently four HR & Payroll administrators:inside Compensation & Benefits: Strategic cooperation through the introduction of attractive additional services, harmonisation of existing remuneration structures and development of transparent, competitive pay models Digitalization & Process Optimization: Introduction and Development of Digital HR Solutions for Efficiency Enhancement in HR Operations Contact:in & Sparringspartner:in: Supporting all executives with personal questions and support of employees along the Employee Lifecycles

Education: completed studies in the field of human resources management, BWL, psychology or a comparable qualification or a completed commercial training with relevant professional experience Experience: You have multi-year, well-founded professional experience in payroll and pay billing and have comprehensive knowledge of the associated HR processes. Ideally, you could gain this experience in a company with multiple locations. Experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees is desirable Specialized knowledge: You bring well-founded knowledge of labour, tax and social security law as well as administrative HR processes with HR software & digital affinity: You are safe to use common HR software as well as MS Office and have a high digital affinity. Experiences with Datev and/or Personio are desirable, but no condition Responsibility & Implementation Strength: You like to take responsibility, work structured and solution-oriented and actively promote the further development and optimization of our HR processes Communication & occurrence: You convince by a professional and binding appearance and are an esteemed advocate for executives, internal stakeholders and external partners
