You conduct cross-site HR projects and take particular responsibility for recruiting and Employer Branding in this role Bringing new ideas, identifying potential for improvement and shaping modern HR solutions with sustainable added value for employees and executives
Successfully completed studies focusing on human resources, economics, economic psychology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as a HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalistic HR function, ideally in a medium-sized or international business environment Knowledge of German labour law and social security law as well as safety in dealing with labour law issues Impressed affinity for digital HR solutions, social media and current trends in personnel work High consulting skills as well as the ability to accompany managers at eye level, to question and to set impulses Empathic personality with hands-on mentality, self-initiative and a pronounced level of implementation Ready for regular business trips within the group of companies. Good English knowledge of word and writing
