You are an experienced HR Business Partner (m/w/d) and act as a trusted Sparring Partner as well as an impulse provider for our executives. With your strategic vision and your hands-on mentality, you are advising all relevant HR topics and actively shaping the further development of our group-wide personnel strategy. In doing so, you take responsibility for demanding HR projects and make important impulses for the future of our staff work. You are responsible for the entire Employee Life Cycle – from talent acquisition to personal development, compensation & benefits and employee relations to offboarding You advise and support executives and employees competently in all personal and labour law issues You tax and accompany the recruitment of professionals and managers and provide a positive Candidate Experience You work with the employee representatives in a trusted and constructive manner. You conduct cross-site HR projects and take particular responsibility for recruiting and Employer Branding in this role Bringing new ideas, identifying potential for improvement and shaping modern HR solutions with sustainable added value for employees and executives

Successfully completed studies focusing on human resources, economics, economic psychology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as a HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalistic HR function, ideally in a medium-sized or international business environment Knowledge of German labour law and social security law as well as safety in dealing with labour law issues Impressed affinity for digital HR solutions, social media and current trends in personnel work High consulting skills as well as the ability to accompany managers at eye level, to question and to set impulses Empathic personality with hands-on mentality, self-initiative and a pronounced level of implementation Ready for regular business trips within the group of companies. Good English knowledge of word and writing
